IT Help Desk Specialist

Position Area:

Qualifications Required:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Process oriented and organized.

* Detailed knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google suites.

* Knowledge of the Windows and OSX operating systems.

* Familiarity with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.

* Experience problem-solving and supporting users by phone, email, and in person.

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative manner in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Considerations:

* Knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools and techniques.

* Knowledge of user authentication directory systems.

* Experience with procurement systems.

Duties:

* Route service tickets/quality assurance.

* Assist end users with level 1 technical issues in person.

* Run/complete various SAS reports as needed.

* Provide phone/email support to end users.

* Assist in the procurement process for various departments.

* Assist in the inventory processes for the technology department.

* Assist with scheduling specific college resources.

* Perform other duties as assigned by the Technology Services Manager.

Salary:

Pay Band 4 - Starting at $41,655
